Meet Wany

Certified Pilates Instructor,
Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

I'm one of the lucky people who figured out their passion early on. I studied for a diploma in Sports Science, hoping that one day I'd be a personal trainer and empower others through fitness.

​

In 2009, I dove into the world of Pilates and never looked back. Pilates taught me the importance of a strong core and a flexible spine. Since then, I’ve taken up and earned various certifications in Pilates (Balanced Body Comprehensive), GYROTONIC, ACE Fitness (Personal Trainer & Orthopaedic Specialist), Precision Nutrition L1, and Pre/Postnatal Pilates, among others.

From 2018 to 2022, I proudly served as a Nike Master Trainer for the Southeast Asia and India team. My responsibilities included auditioning, selecting, and training the new Nike Network instructors within the region. I also led the Nike Training Club sessions in Singapore and collaborated with them on some of their on ground, print & video campaigns. My most unforgettable Nike moments were the 2015 Master Trainer Summit in Portland, the Nike Women's Project in Singapore, the 2016 NTC Tour in Jakarta, and the 2019 Make The World Listen in Mumbai.

My work experience in Singapore went beyond the studios and gyms. In 2019, I was one of the three coaches for the inaugural Great Eastern Women's IPPT. From 2018 to 2022, I became a Garmin ambassador. I was also a Broc N Bells SweatMaster from 2017 to 2020, doing bootcamps and a project with Zouk At Sea. You may have spotted me on the Nike app, on Shape magazine as a Shape Fit Girl finalist in 2019, and in a fitness article The Straits Times & Berita Harian in 2021.

My coaching style today focuses on getting you fit and healthy, so that you can enjoy doing the things you love with as little to no pain or injuries as possible. As you grow stronger, the less pain you'll feel, the happier you'd be—which is great not just for you, but for everyone around you!

I’m currently living in Sydney, Australia, training at least 3 to 5 days a week because I love it and I truly believe in keeping my body strong for my future. I enjoy weightlifting and I’m constantly learning new things. I see clients online and on-site at the North Shore & Alexandria studios I work in. I hope I can be of service to you by helping you get strong and fit for your future.
